3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
To create, maintain, and secure user accounts.

4. How We Use AI Features
Give.Gives uses AI Features to support parts of the product experience and platform operations. For example, AI Features may be used to:
Review uploaded item images for safety, prohibited content, consistency, or suitability.
Help generate, rewrite, or structure item descriptions and stories.
Suggest categories, condition labels, pricing inputs, or related metadata.
Normalize or assess address information in certain workflows.
Generate images or mixed text-and-image outputs in supported creative tools.
Support administrative review, moderation, analytics, or internal efficiency workflows.
When you use AI Features, your prompts, uploaded images, text input, related metadata, and AI outputs may be sent to third-party AI service providers that process requests on our behalf. We may also store AI inputs and outputs, along with usage metadata and logs, to operate the feature, review quality, investigate abuse, debug failures, monitor cost, and improve the way the feature works within our Services.
We do not provide your AI Feature content to third-party AI service providers for training their generalized models. We use third-party AI services through business or developer offerings intended for inference and service operation rather than model training. However, third-party providers may retain limited data for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, or service operation purposes under their own terms.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or submitting it to others through the Services.
If you do not want us to process your text, images, or other content through AI Features, do not use those features or submit content to workflows that clearly depend on them.
