Organization Partner Terms

Organization Partner Terms
Overview
These Terms describe the general conditions for organizations participating in Give.Gives as charitable, community, or mission-aligned partners.
Although nonprofit organizations are a common example, Give.Gives is not limited to organizations of only one type. Depending on platform approval and legal suitability, participating organizations may also include:
school parent associations
school support organizations
community groups
local associations
other mission-aligned organizations that are suitable for the Give.Gives model
Give.Gives works with organization partners as part of a broader model connecting donors, brands, venues, and charitable impact. Organization participation helps shape how charitable or community allocations are presented and supported through the platform.
Give.Gives is designed so that organization partners can participate with relatively low operational burden. Organization partners are not expected to manage venue operations, inventory handling, or day-to-day physical workflows unless they choose to become more actively involved in partner development. At the same time, organization partners may help grow their participation by introducing qualified local brands or venues to the network, subject to platform review and approval.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Give.Gives may accept, reject, defer, or request additional information at its discretion.
Eligibility
To join Give.Gives as an organization partner, the applicant should:
Be a legitimate organization, association, group, or mission-aligned entity suitable for the platform
Be a legally permissible organization under applicable United States law and relevant state law
Be authorized to represent that organization
Provide accurate organizational and contact information
Be able to support reasonable verification and onboarding requirements
Give.Gives reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any organization is suitable for participation or continued cooperation on the platform.
Organization Responsibilities
Approved organization partners are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate organizational information
Providing truthful descriptions of mission, programs, and charitable purpose
Responding to reasonable verification or onboarding requests
Complying with applicable law and regulatory requirements
Maintaining appropriate banking or payout information where relevant
Avoiding unauthorized promises or representations about platform settlement, approval, or partnership outcomes
Banking Requirement For Settlement
If an organization wishes to receive settlement through Give.Gives, it must maintain a valid bank account held in the name of the organization.
Personal bank accounts are not acceptable for organization settlement.
If an organization cannot provide a valid organization bank account, it is not eligible to apply for settlement participation on the platform.
Network Growth And Introductions
An Organization may independently introduce potential Brand or Venue partners to Give.Gives.
However:
all such introductions remain subject to platform review and approval
Give.Gives does not guarantee approval, transaction volume, or funding outcome from any introduction
an organization partner may not present itself as having authority to approve partners or guarantee settlement results on behalf of Give.Gives
Platform Presentation
Give.Gives may present organization partners as part of its charitable or community impact layer, including:
Public display of organization identity and mission
Association with campaigns, causes, or charitable allocation structures
Inclusion in selected platform content, educational materials, or partnership references
Give.Gives may decide how organization partners are displayed, prioritized, grouped, or routed based on platform structure, quality control, operational needs, user experience considerations, campaign logic, or partner configuration.
Where campaign-based logic applies, Give.Gives may prioritize campaign routing, display, and settlement order over fallback organization-level allocation.
Financial Transparency
Give.Gives is committed to financial transparency across the platform.
Our current platform operating fee is fixed at 12% of each transaction, before tax.
The remaining value is allocated according to the active sharing and charitable or community structure in effect at the time of transaction. Organization participation does not guarantee a fixed volume of funds, visibility, or transaction flow unless separately agreed in writing.
Payments, Tax, And Reporting
Give.Gives processes platform transactions through Stripe and handles platform-side payment operations directly.
Organization partners are not required to participate in the platform's payment processing workflow for customer transactions handled through Give.Gives.
Give.Gives is responsible for its own platform-side tax handling, reporting, and filing obligations relating to its own operations, as applicable.
However, each organization partner remains solely responsible for its own tax, accounting, reporting, filing, and legal obligations under applicable law, including any obligations relating to amounts received by that organization through or in connection with the platform.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as tax, legal, or accounting advice to any organization partner.
Once settlement has been made in accordance with Give.Gives platform records, procedures, and payout instructions, Give.Gives has no further payment obligation with respect to that settled amount, except as required by applicable law or in the case of platform error.
Any tax, accounting, reporting, filing, audit, or legal issue arising on the organization side after settlement remains that organization's sole responsibility and does not create any continuing payment, reimbursement, indemnity, or support obligation for Give.Gives, except where required by applicable law.
Give.Gives may also update platform fees, settlement procedures, payout timing, or related commercial rules from time to time. Continued participation after such changes may be treated as acceptance of the updated structure.
Settlement Eligibility And Priority Rules
Organization participation on the platform does not guarantee a continuing right to receive settlement.
Give.Gives reserves the right to determine whether an organization partner may continue to receive charitable or community settlement through the platform, including where this is necessary to address operational, compliance, reputational, legal, financial, structural, or other exceptional circumstances.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
incomplete or outdated organization information
payout or verification issues
legal or regulatory concerns
reputational risk
non-responsiveness
disputes relating to representation, fundraising, or organizational status
changes in platform structure, partner relationships, or charitable allocation rules
other exceptional situations where continued settlement is not appropriate in the platform's judgment
In addition, Give.Gives may operate fundraising campaigns or campaign-based charitable allocations.
Where a Brand chooses to support a specific fundraising campaign, the system may prioritize settlement to that campaign before any fallback allocation returns to an organization partner. After the campaign ends or ceases to apply, allocation may revert to the relevant organization structure.
Give.Gives is not obligated to provide proactive notice each time such allocation routing changes at the campaign level.
Brands may also change, suspend, or end their charitable or community alignment or settlement relationship with a given organization partner through platform-supported configuration or operational decisions. Accordingly, both Give.Gives and participating Brands may, at any time, end or change settlement cooperation with an organization partner, subject to the platform's then-current rules and applicable law.
Approval, Suspension, and Removal
Give.Gives may deny, suspend, restrict, or remove organization participation where there is a reasonable concern relating to:
False or incomplete information
Verification failure
Legal, compliance, or reputational risk
Misleading claims
Operational non-responsiveness
Misalignment with the platform's standards or charitable framework
Settlement eligibility concerns
Brand-side changes in charitable support direction
Tax, verification, payout, or reporting concerns
Organization conduct, public activity, or reputation that creates a material risk to Give.Gives, users, partners, or the platform
Long-term inactivity or prolonged failure to maintain required organizational information
Any exceptional circumstance where continued cooperation is not appropriate in Give.Gives' judgment
Use of Organization Identity
By applying or participating, the organization partner authorizes Give.Gives to use its name, logo, mission summary, and related public profile information for platform display and partnership communication connected to Give.Gives services.
The organization partner represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority to use and provide any organization name, logo, image, mission content, fundraising description, or other intellectual property submitted to Give.Gives.
Data, Verification, And Review Rights
Give.Gives may rely on platform records, account logs, submitted information, uploaded materials, email history, and other system evidence when reviewing compliance, settlement, eligibility, or disputes.
Give.Gives reserves the right to request additional documentation, supporting materials, or operational proof where needed for review, audit, settlement, or risk control purposes.
Give.Gives also reserves the right to conduct remote verification, request live confirmation, or require on-site verification where necessary to confirm legitimacy, suitability, or continued eligibility.
Interpretation
Give.Gives reserves the right to interpret these Terms, the platform rules, and their application in specific operating circumstances, subject to applicable law.
Changes
Give.Gives may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after such updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
