Venue Application Guide
Introduction
Give.Gives uses a Brand - Venue structure.
A Brand is the main operating entity
A Brand may manage one or more venues
Venues are the physical locations where local participation happens
This means venue participation starts with a Brand application rather than a standalone venue account application.
What We Look For
When reviewing a venue-related application, we typically look for:
A clear and credible Brand identity
Real physical venue presence
Stable operating capability
A venue environment suitable for donation, display, and local customer interaction
Alignment with Give.Gives' standards for community trust and public-facing quality
What To Prepare
To help your application move faster, prepare:
Brand name
Contact email
Brand description
Industry category
Brand logo
Website or social profile
Any relevant information about current or planned venues
Preferred charitable direction or Organization preference if applicable
How The Process Usually Works
Submit the Brand application.
Give.Gives reviews the submission.
If approved, the Brand is onboarded.
The Brand account can then create and manage one or more venues.
Tips For A Strong Application
Be clear about who you are as a brand
Use a real contact email that is actively monitored
Describe your venues in a practical and credible way
Avoid vague descriptions and generic slogans without context
Make sure your public presence matches your application
Important Notes
Applying does not guarantee approval
Approval may depend on fit, readiness, compliance, and operational capacity
Give.Gives may request additional details before approving participation
Short Version
If you want to join Give.Gives with one or more physical locations, start by applying as a Brand. Once approved, you can manage your venues under that Brand account.
