Brand Application Guide

How To Apply

All Brand applications must be submitted through the Brand Partnership entry published on the Give.Gives homepage.

Applications submitted through other channels may not be processed.

Basic Eligibility Requirement

A Brand applying to Give.Gives must have a real physical venue or venues for local display and sale.

Purely virtual, non-physical, or non-operational setups are not eligible for Brand participation on the platform.

The applicant must also operate in a manner that is lawful under applicable United States law and relevant state-level requirements.

Review Timeline

After submission, the system will review the application.

Applicants should expect a result within 48 hours.

Give.Gives may approve, reject, defer, or request additional information depending on application quality, operational fit, and compliance considerations.

Even if an application is approved, Give.Gives may later disable the account if the platform determines that the Brand, its venue operations, or its legal or operational status is not compliant, not legitimate, or otherwise not appropriate for continued participation.

What Happens After Approval

If the application is approved, the relevant administrator account credentials will be sent to the email address used in the application.

This may include:

Applicants are responsible for making sure the email address used in the application is valid, monitored, and able to receive platform notifications.

Required Next Step After Receiving The Email

This may include:

Failure to complete the required account setup steps may delay onboarding, venue activation, or settlement-related processes.
